For me, art has always been a tool for personal exploration. It became my way of reflecting on the complexities of identity, especially as a woman. My journey as an artist started in the UK and has flourished in the south of France, where the natural beauty and vibrant culture have shaped my artistic sensibility.
I primarily work with acrylic paints, using intricate brushstrokes to bring the complexities of womanhood to life - whether I’m capturing the quiet vulnerability of a tender moment or the defiant strength that lies in a woman’s gaze, every painting is more than just an image. Through my portraits, I invite you to connect with the emotions, struggles, and beauty of being a woman.

My work goes beyond the creation of art; it’s a conversation about autonomy, respect, and societal change. By portraying the full spectrum of female emotions and experiences, and rejecting harmful ideas around rape culture and internalised misogyny, I hope to ignite conversations around cultural and societal norms, encourage respect for women’s autonomy and self acceptance, and promote a culture of consent.
I am dedicated to exploring the intricate emotional landscape of womanhood. Through my portraits, I aim to capture the multifaceted nature of women - celebrating their beauty, strength, vulnerability, and resilience.

My work is a visual exploration of women’s autonomy, their power to define themselves, and a challenge to harmful cultural narratives that diminish their worth. I paint women unapologetically, asserting their right to exist, express themselves, and choose their own paths.
Much of my inspiration comes from the culture and natural landscapes of the south of France. The region’s liberated approach to natural beauty, which is celebrated with minimalism and grace, speaks to my artistic sensibilities. The colours, fashion, and culture all inform my artistic choices, creating a space for women to be seen as they are - natural, unfiltered, and confident in who they are.
The hues of the sea, vineyards, and mountains inspire me to use bold colours and brushstrokes to convey the spectrum of female emotions - joy, sadness, strength, and pain. I also incorporate these colours into the organic patterns of floral underwear, which connect the female form with the natural world. Travelling through the different areas of the south of France inspires freedom, sensuality, and exploration of sexuality, which I translate to the canvas through the individuality of the women I paint.
